Preparation instructions:
– Cut the pieces of chicken 500g.
– Prepare a paste of 100 g of onion and 120 g of tomatoes, adding 10 ground almonds to it. You can also use cashews or 20g of poppy seeds.
– Add 1/4 cup of water to the delicate paste.
– In a flat pan, heat 50 g of oil and fry the chicken pieces and onion paste until translucent, fry for about 10 minutes.
– Add Butter Chicken masala15g.Add a little water and boil for 15 minutes until you get the right consistency.Finally, add a tablespoon of any cream to emphasize the taste.
